2. Use License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on your devices in accordance with these Terms.
3. Service Description
Accuviro provides:
- Integration with Microsoft Outlook via OAuth
- AI-powered email analysis to identify actionable items
- Action queue management for bookkeepers
- Client organization and tracking
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Not use the service for any illegal purpose
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Plan Limits
Free Plan:
- 200 emails processed per month
- 20 actions stored
- 14-day email scan window
Pro Plan:
- 5,000 emails processed per month
- Unlimited actions
- 90-day email scan window
6. AI Disclaimer
The AI analysis provided by our service is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated summaries, categorizations, or suggestions.
7. Limitation of Liability
Accuviro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your Outlook account and deleting your data.
